About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including product demonstrations, presentations, and POC setup for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design and position solutions that meet customer IT and security requirements.
- Participate in solution selling activities, assist with proposal development, and support RFI/RFP responses including compliance checks and clarifications.
- Conduct lab testing to validate configurations, deployments, and product performance.
- Stay updated on competitive technologies, solutions, and industry trends.
- Deliver training and technical enablement for partners and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
