About the Role

Be a strategic leader as a CX Strategist for our consulting client starting in September. This full-time position focuses on leading the customer experience roadmap and workshops.
The role involves overseeing the 360-degree CX roadmap for our client's product, ensuring comprehensive alignment across business lines. You will spearhead workshops, conduct customer interviews, and develop journey maps. This position also requires authoring various strategic documents like the prospect map and measurement framework, fostering a cohesive brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
