Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to lead business requirements, solution design, and delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and customer experience initiatives. This is a techno‑functional leadership role requiring strong consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture capabilities. The successful candidate must be able to independently engage business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, understand customer and business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation.
