Cutover & Hypercare Program Lead - Hybrid ERP Transformation

7060-Janssen-Cilag S.A. Legal Entity is seeking a Business Cutover and Hypercare Manager for the Transcend Program in Bogotá. You will lead the transition to a new ERP solution, ensuring operational continuity.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong focus on Agile methodology, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The role requires 25% – 50% travel.
