Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Must have good reading, writing, and communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic understanding of software from a user perspective for a Kollywood website/mobile app.
  • Customer service via all modes of contact, including making calls, emails, and resolving tickets and queries, to retain customers.
  • Customer support, management, and basic tech skills (1-3 years of experience).
