A customer support account for Machship.

Responsible for supporting daily freight and consignment operations through proactive monitoring, coordination, and administrative management. This role ensures shipments are tracked, issues are escalated promptly, and operational systems remain accurate and up to date. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks across logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rebook and manage daily pickup schedules across multiple carriers and logistics providers. Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage any delays, issues, or service disruptions.
2. Track and manage consignments within logistics platforms including Machship and Twinship. Perform general operational support tasks such as contacting carriers and coordinating logistics updates.
