About the Role

IntelliThink is hiring a Customer Success Speicalist to work with our steel and cement accounts in Eastern India.


You will be the primary relationship owner for plant-level customers, ensuring they get measurable value from IntelliVibe -- our AI-powered predictive maintenance platform. This is a field-facing role with real ownership: you drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.


What You‘ll Do


• Lead customer onboarding and train plant maintenance and reliability teams on IntelliVibe dashboards, alerts, and RCA workflows.

• Own monthly business reviews, tracking KPIs like downtime avoided, MTBF improvement, and maintenance cost savings.

• Build trusted relationships across levels -- from maintenance engineers on the shop floor to plant heads and C-suite.

• Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand coverage to additional assets or plants
