Overview

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Education level: SPM and above
  • Ability to work in 24*7 shift rotational basis
  • Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport
  • Experience in a bank or financial institution customer service environment is an added advantage
