About the Role

Location: TP Malaysia (Greater Kuala Lumpur)

Channel: Voice, Chat, Email

Salary: RM7,000 – RM8,000 (All-in Package)

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • English proficiency (CEFR B1+) – Check Level
  • 6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required)
  • Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged
  • Typing: 40wpm, 90% accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use
