Customer Success Specialist - English Speaking - June/July 2026 Intake

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist (English Speaking) based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer support and communication. The role will require the use of analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline. Fresh Graduates or STPM Holders are welcomed to apply
• C1 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension).
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry is preferred.
• Call center experience is not a ‘must’ but would be a distinct advantage.
