About the Role
KSAT's earth observation department is the world's leading provider of near real time earth observation services. We provide our customers with relevant and timely insights, through our state-of-the-art products portfolio. To ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations we are looking for a proactive and growth-minded colleague to join us as Customer Success Manager!
We are looking for skilled colleague to help us define and measure our customer health, understand our customers' pain points and help foster a culture of continuous improvements.
You have a customer centric mindset, always seeking to ensure our customer facing systems and processes are state of the art and get motivated by customer satisfaction and retention. You will receive training in all relevant aspects of our services, from ordering of images, analysis, quality assurance, portfolio understanding and customer reporting.
