Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding.

  • Understand client goals and align them with our service offerings.

  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experiences and outcomes.

  • Track customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports on client status and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or service industries.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
