We're looking for a full-time Customer Specialist to join our Glenfield team. This role works on a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, so you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekends.
As a Customer Specialist, You'll
- Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking enquiries and transactions
- Identify customer needs and connect them with the right products, services or specialists
- Educate and support customers to confidently use ASB's digital banking tools
- Deliver personalised solutions and outstanding customer experiences
