Design & Implementation Professional About the role The Customer Solutions Design Professional supports the creation of end-to-end technical designs and solutions which meet customer needs. What you’ll be doing Capture customer requirements, develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security threaths and vulnerabilities. Prepare Documents like, HLD/LLDs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) etc. Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements. Evaluate new technologies and processes that enhance security capabilities. Work with a variety of external customers internally and externally. Engage with multiple teams across various verticals like PM,SRMs, operations etc to ensure that BT security requirements are considered when delivering/developing new services.
