We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to join our office-based Customer Service team. Job Title: Customer Services Team Leader. Salary: Up to £36,000 doe. Contract type: Permanent. Hours: 40 hours per week. Location: Poole. Holiday: 30 days paid (inc. bank holidays).

What You Will Be Doing

  1. 1.1 Sales Shared Services - Customer Experience Associates

    Oversee the Sales Shared Services CEAs and ensure that our customers receive exceptional customer service both on the phone and via email.

  2. 1.2 Telephone calls

    Knowledge:

    • Different styles of telephone communication
    • Documentation of calls
    • Telephone Account Management
    • Dealing with customer queries
