Role Overview

Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Liverpool Lime Street Train Station.

Compensation & Hours

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.

Full Time: 40 hours per week. Rotational shifts from 5:30am to 9pm, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate platform trucks for train‑side deliveries (full training provided).
• Load and unload catering equipment and stock from TPE trains.
• Assemble orders and maintain stock control.
• Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
• Physical fitness to lift and transport equipment.
