About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full order lifecycle including order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and issue resolution
  • Monitor order and supply status, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams
  • Handle returns, complaints, and credit/debit processes efficiently
  • Supervise and guide customer service team members on daily operations and priorities
  • Act as key contact for selected accounts, ensuring service quality and continuity
  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
  • Support process improvements, reporting, and system utilisation (e.g. SAP)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or operational roles
