About the Role

Order and system management

  • Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillment
  • System operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers' systems, such as price maintenance and update, order confirmation
  • Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
  • Status tracking and feedback

  • Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventory
  • Timely feedback and support of various orders problems
  • Bill to cash mgmt.

  • Reconciling with customers, billing, and cooperating with related departments to improve DSO
  • Sales support:

  • act as an interface (one window but not only window)of customer requirements and complains to provide feedback and solution
  • Sales forecast driving

  • Closely cooperate with customers and sales team to collect sales forecast and market info.
