About the Role
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, organising regular meetings and visits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and inquiries.
- Provide regular updates on the status of MRO events, including reports and delivery schedules.
- Share quotes, assist with invoicing preparation, and communicate any delays proactively.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in MRO industry
