As a Data Services Specialist I, you will build and maintain account data, troubleshoot with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring, and engage with internal and external customers regarding account information. Your main tasks will include handling inbound phone calls, building new accounts, testing alarm panels, and responding to all customer requests. You will also be the primary point of contact for inquiries and complaints from our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer, technician, and field personnel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and service requests efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining strong relationships.
