POSITION OVERVIEW

TheCustomer Service Specialist Iispart of a multi-cultural team andenjoysworking inan international setting, whereby a wide range of administrative dutieshave tobe fulfilled.The teamprovides internal support toThermoFisher partners and the fieldengineering team and deliversprofessional service and excellence in a high-volume diverse back-office environment.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Train team members for all processes / systems what the team is applying on a daily basis.
• Provide expertise, mentorship and support to colleagues.
• Databases update and maintenance.
• Create training materials - document all required info as per instructions.
