Responsibilities

• Back Office (30%): Process online payments accurately and efficiently.
• Calls (70%): Communicate with banks and creditors in the US to facilitate and confirm payment processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a BPO environment (experience in both calls and back office preferred).
• English proficiency (B2 level in Grammar and Speaking).
