About the Role

PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to work with our clients. The Customer Service Representative will work in a call center environment and will make inbound as well as outbound call to customers.  This is a temporary leave coverage until 07/29/25.  Assignment length might be a little shorter or longer depending on the if the person on leave changes their return to work dates.  

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday   9am - 6pm  or 9:30am-6:30pm  Occasional Saturdays if needed
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 Per Hour. 

Job Responsibilities: 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions/issues.
