Robert Half's client in Shrewsbury MA is looking for a personable and tech savvy customer service representative!


Responsibilities include:

- Interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Phone/Email correspondence

- Answering inbound calls

- MS Suite exp. (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

- Comfortability with cold calling

- Sales support

- Variety of administrative duties

**Comprehensive knowledge of service station or repair industry is a PLUS!


Start date: Asap

Duration: ~ 1 month of training, then could go temp-to-perm

Hours: 24 hrs per wk | M, W, R, F: 9am–1pm | T: 8:30 am–5 pm

**This role will transition into full time (40 hrs per week after training period)


Work type: On-site

Pay rate: $18+ (dependent on experience)
