Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven CSR to join our Screening team. In this role, you will perform background verification reference calls and conduct research in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and productivity.

Note: This role does not involve sales calls, collection calls, or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reference calls for background verification and other screening processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entry and verification tasks
• Consistently meet daily operational metrics and performance standards
• Participate in ongoing training sessions for process updates and regulatory compliance
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals
