Job description:



- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for financial services (e.g., billing, transactions, account inquiries)

- Provide accurate information regarding account details, policies, and procedures

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

- Document customer interactions and update records in the system

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:



- At least 2 years completed in college (undergraduate)

- Minimum of 6 months experience in an international (voice or non-voice) account
