Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Finance) – Non-Voice is responsible for handling finance-related operations, ensuring accurate data processing, reconciliation, and proper documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured processes while supporting overall client and business needs.
