Customer Service Representative
Location: Herndon, VA Fully Onsite
Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour
Work Environment
• High-volume call center environment
• Approximately 40 inbound calls per day
• Fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
• Member-focused financial services support
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/hour
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
