. Correspond with clients by phone, email or facsimile for projects and otherrelated matters. . Key contact window for client's procurement group for spare parts and supervisorrequirement. . Work as an overall account manager for the assigned client/s. . Review commercial contract terms & conditions . Prepare quotes and PO, both technical and commercial. . Responsible for following the rules assigned for determining margin and otherconsiderations. . Be proactive in liaising with customers/vendors, procurement and engineeringdepartment to prepare quotations, etc. for after-sales services. . Arrange & attend meetings with in-house engineers, sales persons, etc. . Coordinating with client & accounts team for timely preparing andprocessing of invoices.
