About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist them in resolving any issues they have. This includes answering questions, providing guidance on product usage, and addressing any complaints or inquiries.

+ Must have strong customer service background
+ Able to assist with customer packages
+ Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

Shift: 8am - 4:30 ( May be flexible)

Pay: $16/hr

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
