About the Role

Job position: Customer Service Representative

Job responsibilities: -

  • To handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel including Call, Emails and Live Chat based on Standard Procedure and Guideline defined by the Company

Job requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (passed BM & English) /Diploma/Degree with certificate
  • Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Call centre experience is an advantage
  • At least 6 months experience in customer service
  • Able to work on rotational shifts
  • Basic salary + KPI Allowance + Night shift allowance

Operation Time:

  • 24/7 rotational shift (Day shift, night shift and midnight shift)
  • 5 days working, 2 rest days, 9 hours per shift
