Job Description
  • Attend to customer enquiries (phones/in person/e-mail)
  • Treatment bookings/scheduling
  • Collect payment from customers
  • Operate point of sale (POS) system
  • Other administrative works when required
Requirements
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Driven to use own initiative
  • Flexibility to handle issues as they arise
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Computer-literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply
  • Minimum GCE N Levels or O Levels
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
