About the Role

Customer Service Officer (RM 2800 - 4300).

Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing customer service within the school.
  • This includes the prompt and accurate routing of telephone calls, as well as disseminating information to students, parents, and staff members.
  • Additionally, the incumbent is expected to assist with daily administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications: STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Pleasant and confident personality, coupled with a cheerful disposition.
  • Proficient in telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
