Customer Service Officer (Immediate) - 2 positions

Our company was established since 2007 as a Sales Office for all kinds of water equipment, beverages (water) with a well set-up service centre to serve all B2B customers in our local market.

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced applicant to join our family as Customer Service Officer :

Job Description :

• Support the sales team on preparation of invoice, Delivery order, sales order, quotation
• Perform as Customer Care Officer to manage all the incoming calls or emails
• Manage daily site schedule for field staff
• Handle technical calls
• Full spectrum of administrative support
• Manage all the Drivers & technicians job tasks

Requirement :

• Nitec/'A' Level/Diploma in Business Admin, Operations Management, etc..
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience in sales & service centre
