About the Role

Customer Service Officer    
Roster:
 Casual 3-month contract | Working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm Onsite, Hybrid Position, Min 2-days in office
Location: West Melbourne, VIC

  
Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls – Customer Enquiries, Booking Requests
  • Respond to email enquiries from customers & other departments in the business
  • Data entry

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred but not essential
  • Good work ethic & Self-motivated
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
