About the Role

            Responsibilities  Assist travellers at the check-in desks 
Confirm passenger identities at the boarding gates 
Check details on travel documents, passports, and/or visas 
Offer assistance to customers with special needs 
Address customer concerns related to flight disruptions 
Manage customer paperwork and documentation 
Resolve customer problems with self-service check-in systems 
 Requirements  Minimum N levels or above 
Customer service experience preferred 
Able to perform shift work
