Position: Customer Success Associate


Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise client onboarding and day-to-day platform management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with internal product, tech, and delivery teams to resolve client needs
  • Document client requirements, use cases, and feedback
  • Assist in demo preparation and support pre-sales cycles
  • Build deep product knowledge across clients‘ core modules
