About the Role

While reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Customer Service Representative will partner with the sales organization as part of a cross-functional Customer Service Team to facilitate daily interactions with customers both internal and external. Actively engages in growing sales, creating Customer value through daily execution of quotes, manufacturing specifications, sales management and on-time delivery.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Work with Plant, Plant schedulers and Logistics to satisfy Customer needs
- Enter Customer Orders and requirements into Order Management System
- Maintains close communications with Plants/Service Centers to facilitate proper handling of all customer order information and scheduling/delivery issues.
- Makes day to day, point of order decisions (creating/adding new items, checking inventory levels, answering customer inquiries, tracking products, etc.)
