  • Coordinate with Warehouse Department and related departments to resolve customer requests.

  • Directly contact customers and partners to resolve arising issues.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate tools, methods and procedures.

  • Immediately report serious cases/ unusual situations to Superiors and related departments for resolution.
