Skills & Qualifications



Must-Have

Previous experience in non-voice customer service, preferably in hotel or travel industry

Strong written communication skills in English

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively



Preferred

Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment

Knowledge of hotel booking platforms and travel-related software
