About the Role

Provide prompt after-sales support to Singapore corporate customers via hotline, handling business account inquiries and digital banking support.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Handle inbound calls from the commercial service centre hotline, addressing enquiries related to business account transactions.
  • Provide technical support on business internet banking.
  • Support digital initiative launches.
  • Work with Global Commercial Banking & Global Corporate Banking teams serving SMEs to large corporations, government entities, and Financial Institutions.
  • Maintain consistent post-sales support to business customers through the Business Banking Commercial Service Centre (BBCSC), ensuring high customer satisfaction via digital channels and touchpoints.
