About the Role

Responsibilities:
a) Process sample and order requests, including creation of delivery orders to customers b) Handle sales enquiries and technical-related issues c) Prepare and provide quotations for customers d) Process catalog requests with overseas sales teams and customers e) Expedite and reschedule customer orders as required f) Liaise with relevant departments regarding urgent shipments g) Manage and attend to sales calls h) Prepare AS9100 documentation The Requirement : Customer service experience of 3 to 5 years in electronic components Good office/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and process documentation Strong communication skills with the ability to provide customer service over phone and email Familiarity with shipping documents and customer procedures ITE/Diploma in a technical field, preferably with inside or outside technical sales experience Multilingual skills are a plus fluency in English and Mandarin is advantage...
