About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvements
  • Monitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through with the new process
  • Attend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholders
  • Review the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence
