Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Central – Marymount
Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 40,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Assist the sales department in their operations
- Facilitate coordination between customers, transporters, and warehouses
- Prepare necessary documentation for imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order releases
- Verify all associated costs
- Respond to inquiries concerning rates, shipment tracking, and related issues
- Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to guarantee seamless shipment processes
- Minimum O level
