About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales department in day-to-day operations and customer interactions.
  • Act as a central coordinator between customers, transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for import, export, transshipments, and delivery order (D/O) releases.
  • Verify all costs associated with shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate and collaborate with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and resolution of any issues.
