About the Role
(Sea freight)
Schedule: 5 days, 8:45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9:30am-12pm) once every 3 months
Salary: $2800- $3200, open to negotiate depends on experience
Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore (Marymount)
Responsibilities- Provide support to the sales department
- Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
- Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
- Verify all related costs and charges
- Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
- Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding
