Job Description

  • Assist sales team to manage their customers enquiries.
  • Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
  • Co‑ordinate with warehouse operations team and logistic team regarding delivery schedule.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Familiar with SQL or accounting will be a plus.
