About the Role

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Client (automotive recycling/treatment plant) is seeking a highly responsible, committed, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, case coordination, administration, reporting, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations and customer satisfaction.


WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
  • 5 working days per week with 1 working Saturday per month

Customer Service & Case Coordination

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, vehicle collection, and case progress.
