About the Role

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
  • Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
  • Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
  • Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours: Tue - Sat 9 AM - 6 PM

Requirements
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel).
  • Able to work under constant deadline pressure.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
