About the Role
The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
- Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders.
- Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies.
- Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities.
- Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
- Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Hours: Tue - Sat 9 AM - 6 PM
Requirements- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel).
- Able to work under constant deadline pressure.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
