About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers using the provided database for customer acquisition
  • Handle marketing inquiries and assist potential customers
  • Follow up with prospective leads to convert them into customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Provide prompt customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Proactively engage with customers for support, business development, and referral opportunities
  • Maintain data records, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Team Leader
  • Be flexible to work in either day shifts or night shifts based on business requirements
Qualifications
  • 1 year of minimum work experience as a Customer Support Executive or telecaller
